How we handle your information.
What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have, including for text messages.
Effective September 24, 2026
Who we are
DispatchPager is a trading name of NUOVERA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16677584), registered office 4 Raven Road, Unit 1C3-880, London E18 1HB, United Kingdom. In this policy, “DispatchPager”, “we” and “us” mean NUOVERA LTD. Questions about this policy: hello@dispatchpager.com.
Information we collect
- Audit requests. When you request a free missed-call audit, we collect your business name, phone number, company size, service area, the plan you’re interested in, and any call time you suggest.
- SMS consent. If you tick the text-message box, we record that you agreed, the phone number, and when you agreed.
- Messages and calls. Texts you send to or receive from our number, and records of calls with us.
- Customers. Billing and contact details for businesses that sign up. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.
- Website. Basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your audit request, schedule and hold calls, send the text messages you agreed to, provide and bill for our services, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent (for SMS), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and the performance of a contract with customers.
Text messaging (SMS)
We only send text messages to numbers whose owners have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run DispatchPager, under contracts that limit their use of it: website hosting (Vercel), calling and messaging (Twilio), payments (Stripe), and email. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our customers’ callers
When a business uses DispatchPager to answer calls or send missed-call texts, we process its callers’ information on that business’s behalf and follow its instructions. Callers should contact that business about how their information is used. We do not use callers’ information for our own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for up to 24 months if you don’t become a customer, and customer records for as long as the account is active plus the period required for tax and accounting. SMS consent records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate consent. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Security and transfers
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. Our providers may process data in the United States and the United Kingdom; where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@dispatchpager.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
DispatchPager is a business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
