Who we are

DispatchPager is a trading name of NUOVERA LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16677584, registered office 4 Raven Road, Unit 1C3-880, London E18 1HB, United Kingdom. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

DispatchPager provides AI phone answering and missed-call text-back for home-service businesses. The scope, setup fee, monthly price, and any integrations for your business are confirmed with you in writing before setup begins. Anything not confirmed in writing is not included.

SMS terms

• Program. DispatchPager Audit & Account Messages. DispatchPager sends text messages from its own number, +1 (832) 981-5142, about your audit request, call scheduling, and, for customers, account updates. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not send messages on behalf of other businesses under this program.
• Consent. We text you only if you opted in, for example by ticking the SMS box on our audit form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to +1 (832) 981-5142 or to any of our messages to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@dispatchpager.com.
• Eligibility. You must be the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Fees and cancellation

Monthly fees are billed in advance in US dollars. Setup fees cover work performed and are non-refundable once setup starts. Text-Back Starter has no long-term contract and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing month. Terms for AI Receptionist Core and Pro are set out in the written agreement confirmed before setup.

What the service is not

The AI receptionist follows the call flow agreed with you. It does not diagnose problems, give safety advice, or replace emergency services. Callers in an emergency should call 911 or the relevant emergency provider. You remain responsible for your services, pricing, and your dealings with your customers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for anything unlawful. We may suspend service that is being misused.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but calls, texts, and third-party systems can fail, so we can’t guarantee every call is answered or every message delivered. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost jobs or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law where you are based requires otherwise.
